This kit is very very usefull and beautiful. Now I can use my HD2 as a real TOMTOM instead of my TOMTOM GO930.
It does what it's supposed to do

Expensive, but it does what it's supposed to do. The construction is solid (the arm doesn't move once adjusted), and the suction cup works great on glass surfaces. It probably won't stick to most dashboards unless you use the included adhesive panel, but with that adhesive base it's rock solid. Most product pictures illustrate the phone in landscape orientation (showing the NaviPanel interface), but you mount the phone in portrait orientation just as easily. Only 2 complaints or concerns: 1. It grips the phone nice and tight, which is good in the sense that the phone won't fall out - the downside is that you need to pry the phone out carefully, or you risk cracking the translucent portion of the kit's frame (because I don't think it would stand up to "aggressive" use) 2. You can't use the headphone socket when the phone is in the holster (because it's obscured by the base), so you won't be able to use the phone with the AUX (3.5mm) input of a car stereo. However, if your car stereo supports Bluetooth, this won't be a problem.
